目的利用弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)检测单眼屈光参差性成年弱视患者视放射及胼胝体的白质发育情况,探讨屈光参差性成年弱视患者的发病机制.方法对2010年10月至2011年12月在暨南大学第一附属医院眼科和东莞石龙人民医院就诊的12例单眼屈光参差性成年弱视患者及10名正常对照组行DTI程序扫描,比较弱视组弱视侧与对侧视放射,比较弱视组与正常对照组视放射和胼胝体的FA值及ADC值.结果弱视组内弱视侧视放射较对侧FA值降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组间,弱视组双侧视放射FA值均较正常对照组降低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),弱视组双侧视放射ADC值均较正常对照组升高,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);压部ADC值较正常组升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 DTI显示单眼屈光参差性成年弱视患者视放射及胼胝体白质纤维形态学的改变,为弱视发病机制的研究提供了新的检查手段.

Objective To detect the development of optical radiations (ORs) and corpus callosum (CC) in adult patient with monocular anisometropic amblyopia by Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) scanning.Thus,explore the underlying mechanism.Methods Twelve adults With monocular anisometropic amblyopia and 10 normally adults underwent DTI.The FA values and ADC values were compared between ispsilateral ORs and contralateral ORs in the patients with amblyopia,and between amblyopia group and normal control group of ORs and CC.Results Significant decreases in the FA values of ispsilateral ORs compared with those of contralateral in amblyopia group (P ＜ 0.05).Both the FA values and ADC values of bilateral ORs had statistical difference compared with that of normal control group (P ＜0.05),while the ADC values had statistical difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusions DTI can noninvasively reveal the changes of white matter fibers of ORs and CC,so it can provides a new method for studying of the underlying mechanism of amblyopia.
