目的 应用降眼压药物噻吗洛尔滴眼,观察降低眼压对高度近视LASIK术后角膜后表面高度的影响,推断LASIK术后角膜前凸的影响因素.方法 对2011年7~12月在潍坊医学院附属医院眼科符合LASIK手术适应证的高度近视患者30例(60只眼)行标准LASIK术,术后第1天开始滴用0.5%马来酸噻吗洛尔眼液2次/d,共1个月,观察术前及术后1d、1周、2周、1个月时眼压及角膜后表面高度的变化.结果 高度近视患者LASIK术后第1天角膜已前凸,角膜后表面高度值较术前增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).应用噻吗洛尔降眼压后1周、2周、1个月角膜后表面高度值仍持续增大,与术前及术后1d相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 噻吗洛尔滴眼液能够降低高度近视LASIK术后眼压值,但降低眼压不能阻止角膜后表面高度值的增大,角膜仍持续前凸,因此推断眼压不是影响高度近视LASIK术后角膜后表面高度的因素,至少不是主要因素.
目的 應用降眼壓藥物噻嗎洛爾滴眼,觀察降低眼壓對高度近視LASIK術後角膜後錶麵高度的影響,推斷LASIK術後角膜前凸的影響因素.方法 對2011年7~12月在濰坊醫學院附屬醫院眼科符閤LASIK手術適應證的高度近視患者30例(60隻眼)行標準LASIK術,術後第1天開始滴用0.5%馬來痠噻嗎洛爾眼液2次/d,共1箇月,觀察術前及術後1d、1週、2週、1箇月時眼壓及角膜後錶麵高度的變化.結果 高度近視患者LASIK術後第1天角膜已前凸,角膜後錶麵高度值較術前增大,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05).應用噻嗎洛爾降眼壓後1週、2週、1箇月角膜後錶麵高度值仍持續增大,與術前及術後1d相比,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05).結論 噻嗎洛爾滴眼液能夠降低高度近視LASIK術後眼壓值,但降低眼壓不能阻止角膜後錶麵高度值的增大,角膜仍持續前凸,因此推斷眼壓不是影響高度近視LASIK術後角膜後錶麵高度的因素,至少不是主要因素.
목적 응용강안압약물새마락이적안,관찰강저안압대고도근시LASIK술후각막후표면고도적영향,추단LASIK술후각막전철적영향인소.방법 대2011년7~12월재유방의학원부속의원안과부합LASIK수술괄응증적고도근시환자30례(60지안)행표준LASIK술,술후제1천개시적용0.5%마래산새마락이안액2차/d,공1개월,관찰술전급술후1d、1주、2주、1개월시안압급각막후표면고도적변화.결과 고도근시환자LASIK술후제1천각막이전철,각막후표면고도치교술전증대,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).응용새마락이강안압후1주、2주、1개월각막후표면고도치잉지속증대,여술전급술후1d상비,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 새마락이적안액능구강저고도근시LASIK술후안압치,단강저안압불능조지각막후표면고도치적증대,각막잉지속전철,인차추단안압불시영향고도근시LASIK술후각막후표면고도적인소,지소불시주요인소.
Objective To infer influencing factors of cornea lordosis through observing timolol eye drop influence on posterior corneal surface height of high myopia after LASIK.Methods Thirty high myopia (60 eyes) in line with LASIK indications were received standard LASIK,0.5% timolol maleate eye drops (2 times per day) started to use from the first day after operation,the changes of intraocular pressure and posterior corneal surface height on pre-operation,and post-operation 1 day,1 week,2 weeks,and 1 month were observed.Results The cornea of high myopia after LASIK had lordosised on the first day after operation,and the data of posterior corneal surface height increased comparing with pre-operation,the difference was statistically significant.The data of posterior corneal surface height after using timolol eye drops 1 week,2 weeks,1 month continuously increased comparing with pre-operation and 1 day after operation,the differences were all statistically significant.Conclusions Timolol eye drops can reduce intraocular pressure of high myopia after LASIK,but it can't prevent the data of posterior corneal surface height from increasing,cornea still continue lordosising.Therefore,intraocular pressure isn't the influencing factor of posterior corneal surface height of high myopia after LASIK,at least not the main factor.
