Teachers of preschool institution%Sleep quality The influencing factors
目的 探讨学前机构中不同群体教师的睡眠质量及影响因素.方法 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI),对山东省和北京市220名公立、私立幼儿园和学前机构教师进行测试,并分析其睡眠质量的相关影响因素.结果 ①27.7%的教师存在睡眠问题;②学前机构不同群体的教师在睡眠紊乱、使用睡眠药物、白天功能紊乱3个因子的得分存在显著差异(P<0.05);③年龄在36~40岁之间[(2.00±0.71)分]、已婚[(1.57±0.72)分]、工龄在13 ~17年[(1.75±1.03)分]和≥18年[(1.76±0.66)分]、主班教师[(1.50±0.71)分]、公立幼儿园在编教师[(1.63±0.71)分]睡眠紊乱得分均高于本组其他教师,差异有显著性(P<0.05);专科学历教师[(0.22±0.68)分]、私立幼儿园教师[(0.65±0.90)分]使用睡眠药物得分均高于本组其他教师,差异有显著性(P<0.05);主班教师[(1.33±0.77)分]白天功能紊乱得分高于本组其他教师,且差异显著(P<0.05);④回归分析结果显示:每天吃早饭、三餐规律、每周休息天数、坚持体育锻炼、职业倦怠与教师的睡眠质量得分有关.结论 学前机构教师的睡眠质量问题较为严重,且与多种因素有关.

Objective To investigate the sleep quality of teachers from preschool institution and related factors.Methods Totally 220 teachers of various preschool institution in Shandong and Beijing were selected by cluster sampling and surveyed with questionnaire including Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI).Results ①There were 27.7% of the teachers having sleeping problems.②There was statistical significance by sleep disorder,using of sleep medications,daytime dysfunction,the PSQI scores of groups were significantly different (P <0.05).③Age of 36 ~ 40 years old (2.00 ± 0.71),married teachers (1.57 ± 0.72),seniority in 36 ~ 40 years,length of service in 13-17 years (1.75 ± 1.03) and > 18 years (1.76 ± 0.66),form teacher(1.50 ± 0.71),formal staff teachers(1.63 ± 0.71)in sleep disorder were significantly higher than other teachers in their group and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).College degree (0.22 ± 0.68),private kindergarden teachers (0.65 ± 0.90)in using of sleep medications were significantly higher than other teachers in their group,the difference was significant (P < 0.05).formal staff teachers (1.33 ± 0.77) in daytime dysfunction were significantly higher than other teachers in their group and the difference was significant(P< 0.05).@The multiple factor logistic regression analysis demonstrated that sleeping quality of preschool institution ’s teachers were associated with having breakfast,regular diet,work breaks,insist on physical excise,Job burnout.Conclusion The sleep disorder is serious among teachers of preschool institution.
