目的观察过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPAR_γ)在肺结节病患者肺组织中的表达情况,探讨其在结节病发病中的作用.方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测16例肺结节病患者与10例正常对照肺组织标本中PPAR_γ的表达情况,并分析其与临床指标间的关系.结果结节病组PPAR_γ的阳性表达计数低于正常对照组(0.34±0.02 vs 0.42±0.04,P<0.05).结节病组PPAR_γ表达与患者血清血管紧张素转化酶水平、病程之间无相关(P>0.05).结论 PPAR_γ在肺结节病患者肺组织中表达下降,PPAR_γ可能参与结节病的发病和发展过程.

Objective To evaluate the expression of peroxisome proliferator- activated receptor γ (PPAR_γ) on lungs in patients with pulmonary sareoidosis, and to explore the role of PPAR_γ in the pathogenesis of sareoidosis. Methods Immunohistochemical technology was performed to investigate the PPAR_γ expression in lung specimens from 16 cases of pulmonary sareoidosis and 10 cases of normal controls. The relation between the PPAR_γ expression and clinical features was studied. Results The positive scores of PPAR_γ in sareoidosis group were lower than those in control group (0.34 ± 0.02 vs 0.42 ± 0.04, P < 0.05). There was no correlation between the levels of PPAR_γ and serum angiotension converting enzyme or PPAR_γ levels and course of disease in patients with pulmonary sareoidosis ( P > 0.05). Conclusion PPAR_γ expression is decreased on lungs in patients with pulmonary sareoidosis, and PPAR_γ may take part in the pathogenesis and development of sareoidosis.
