目的 探讨下肢感觉神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)检测对糖尿病周围神经病变的早期诊断价值,为临床早期诊断该病提供参考.方法 选取在我院住院及门诊就诊的2型糖尿病无周围神经病变症状的患者98例为研究对象.所有患者均接受神经肌电图的检测.对比患者上肢神经异常率和下肢神经异常率的检出情况;对比患者SCV异常率和运动神经传导速度(MCV)异常率的检出情况.结果 本研究共检测神经784条,SCV异常率为15.31%(60/392),MCV异常率为21.43%(84/392),MCV异常率显著高于SCV异常率(x2=4.9,P<0.05);上肢神经异常率为7.14%(28/392),下肢神经异常率为29.59%(116/392),下肢神经异常率显著高于上肢神经异常率(x2=65.88,P< 0.05).结论 下肢感觉神经SCV检测有助于早期诊断糖尿病周围神经病变,为临床提供客观、准确的诊断依据,值得在临床上推广应用.

Objective To investigate the value of sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) for early diagnosing diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and provide some references for early clinical diagnosis of this disease.Methods 98 patients with asymptomatic peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes inpatients were selected as study objects.All patients were detected by electromyogram.The abnormal rates of upper and lower limbs' nerves were compared.The abnormal rates of SCV and motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) were compared.Results 784 nerves were detected.The abnormal rate of SCV was 15.31% (60/392),and that of MCV 21.43% (84/392).The abnormal rate of MCV was significantly higher than that of SCV (x 2=4.9,P < 0.05).The abnormal rate of upper limbs' nerve was 7.14% (28/392),and that of lower limbs' nerves 29.59% (116/392).The abnormal rate was significantly higher in lower than upper limbs' nerves (x 2=65.88,P < 0.05).Conclusions Detecting the SCV of lower limbs is helpful for early diagnosing DPN,can provide some objective and accurate references for the clinical diagnosis of DPN,and is worth being clinically generalized.
