目的 探讨人体在低压、运动和呼吸富氧气体3种因素复合作用时的排氮规律,为促进吸氧排氮效果提供试验依据. 方法 采用3因素2水平的正交试验设计,用4人重复4次.试验因素分别为吸氧浓度(60%和纯氧)、模拟高度(地面和3000 m)、运动负荷(静坐和40 W).采用开放式排氮测量方法,用质谱仪测量采气袋中呼出气体浓度,同步实时测量肺通气量和心率,功率脚踏车提供40 W运动负荷. 结果 在本试验的条件下,对吸氧排氮影响的作用从大到小依次为吸氧浓度、运动负荷、低压环境.方差分析表明吸氧浓度和运动负荷对排氮影响的作用有统计学意义(F=19.04、17.05,P<0.01),吸氧浓度和低气压,以及吸氧浓度和运动对排氮有交互促进作用(F=5.78、4.76,P<0.05).结论 运动和低压环境均对吸氧排氮有促进作用,此作用在吸氧浓度愈低时越明显.

Objective To discuss the regular pattern of human body's denitrogenation under such multiple factor influences as low pressure,exercise and breathing enriched O2 and to conclude the effect of denitrogenation.Methods Four subjects were tested upon 3-factor 2-level orthogonal experimental design for four times.Experimental factors were the concentration of inspired oxygen (60% and pure oxygen),simulated altitude (ground level and 3000 m),exercise stress (meditation,and 40W).The expiratory gas was collected in an air bag and the concentrations of N2,O2,CO2 were measured by mass spectrograph.The pulmonary ventilation volume and heart rate were measured by MP150 system.40 W exercise stress was offered by a power bicycle.Results In these test conditions the decreasing order of the factors affected denitrogenation was inspired oxygen concentration,exercise stress and low pressure environment.Variance analysis showed that the effects of inspired oxygen concentration and exercise stress on the denitrogenation had statistical significance (F=19.04,17.05,P<0.01).The interactions of oxygen concentration and low air pressure,as well as oxygen concentration and exercise promoted the effect of denitrogenation (F=5.78,4.76,P<0.05).Conclusions Exercise and low pressure environment could promote the denitrogenation from body and the lower oxygen concentration inspired the more obvious promotion effect gained.
