目的 分析近10年间因眼科疾病停飞的空军飞行员的患病情况,为进一步提高空军飞行员的航空卫生保障提供依据. 方法 回顾性分析近10年间在空军总医院住院诊疗期间因眼科疾病停飞的空军飞行员病例资料,对其基本情况、主要停飞疾病谱、飞行时间及飞行机种进行统计分析. 结果 近10年间总计有35例空军飞行员因眼科疾病停飞,均为男性,年龄(35.3±6.7)岁,飞行时间(1947.3±1252.8)h.其中歼(强)击机飞行员20例,轰炸机、运输机12例,直升机3例.导致停飞的前4位疾病是:屈光不正(11例)、视网膜疾病(8例)、视神经疾病(8例)、开角型青光眼(3例).主要眼科停飞疾病的年龄、机种、飞行时间分布,以及前5年与后5年主要停飞疾病分布均差异无统计学意义.11例屈光不正中6例为近视及近视散光,2例为混合散光,2例为老视,1例为远视;11例中仅1例屈光度在3.00 D以上. 结论 中青年空军飞行员是近10年间眼科疾病停飞的主要人群.屈光不正是最主要的眼科停飞疾病,其中低度数近视及近视散光比例最大.应尽快开展有关研究、采取有效措施,以维护空军飞行员合格的屈光状态,保障部队战斗力.

Objective To investigate the distribution of disqualified military pilots in last 10 years by reviewing the case reports from the Department of Ophthalmology of Air Force General Hospital for improving aeromedical support.Methods The clinical data of 35 disqualified Air Force pilots were collected from the Department of Ophthalmology of Air Force General Hospital.The age distribution,disease spectrum,flying hours and aircraft type were statistically analyzed.Results There were 35 male disqualified Air Force pilots due to opthalmic disease in the last 10 ten years.The mean age was (35.3±6.7) years and the mean flying hours were (1947.3±1252.8) h.There were 20 fighter (attack) pilots,12 transporter and bomber pilots and 3 helicopter pilots in these disqualified military pilots.The top four ophthalmic diseases of these disqualified pilots were ametropia (11cases),retinal disease (8 cases),optical neuropathy (8 cases) and open angle glaucoma (3 cases).There were no statistic differences in ages,aircraft types and flying hours among the main diseases.There were also no statistic differences in the distribution of the main diseases between the first and second five year periods of follow-up.There were 6 cases of myopia and myopic astigmatism,two cases of mixed astigmatism,two cases of presbyopia and one case of hyperopia in 11 cases of ametropia.Only one case of ametropia had the diopter more than 3.00 D.Conclusion The young and middle age Air Force pilots are the main population disqualified due to ophthalmic diseases in the last 10 years.Ametropia is the most common ophthalmologic disease causing medical disqualification.The myopia and myopic astigmatism with low or moderate refractive errors take the largest portion of ametropia.The necessary instruction and intervention are suggested.
