目的 建立基于脑功能连接网络的~(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET脑图像分析方法 ,并利用该方法 分析海马区功能连接网络随年龄的变化.方法 将195名健康志愿者按年龄分为4组:31~40岁组50名,41~50岁组50名,51~60岁组50名,61~78岁组45名.分别采集静息状态下的脑部~(18)F-FDG PET图像,利用统计参数图(SPM)对图像进行归一化处理,提取功能脑区,并利用相关性分析,得到与海马区存在有功能连接的脑区,构建出海马的功能连接网络.结果 各年龄组的海马-脑区功能连接存在差异.上述4个年龄组的左海马连接率分别为12%、11%、9%和8%,与年龄之间的相关系数(r)=-0.9726,P=0.0241;全海马的连接率分别为16%、11%、10%和10%,与年龄之间的r=-0.8157,P=0.1829.结论 随着年龄的增加,海马区与其他脑区的连接功能明显下降,与海马的生理性变化相一致,表明脑功能连接的方法 可以有效地用于~(18)F-FDG PET脑图像分析.

Objective The purpose of this study was to establish the methodology in which ~(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG)brain PET images could be analyzed based on funetional connectivity,and to further evaluate the age-related changes offunctional network in the hippoeampus.Methods In this study,195 healthy volunteers were euroUed and divided into 4 groups by age(31-40 years,n=50:41-50 years,n=50;51-60 years,n=50;61-78 years,n=45).~(18)F-FDG PET was performed in a resting state.The funetional connectivity between hippocampus and other cortical and sub-cortical regions was delineated by using the statistical parametric mapping(SPM)method to analyze their relative correlation significance and to construct a functional connectivity network of the hippocampus with these regions.Results The factor of age did affect the connectivity pairs of the hippocampus functional network.The connectivity rates of left hippocampns(CR_L)of the 4 groups were 12%,11%,9%and 8%,respectively;the corte-lation coefficients(r)between CR_L and age was-0.9726,P=0.0241;the connectivity rates of the whole hippocampus(CR_A)were 16%,11%,10%and 10%,respectively;r between CR_A and age was-0.8157.P=0.1829.Condusions It is feasible to analyze the hippocampns functional connectivity network by FDG PET images and SPM.The functional connective ability of hippocampus decreases with age,which is consistent with the observed physiological change of the hippocampus.
