目的 建立工作场所空气中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-滴)的高效液相色谱测定法.方法 空气中2,4-滴经超细玻璃纤维滤纸采集,甲醇洗脱,C18柱分离后,紫外检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量.结果 方法线性范围为2~200 μg/ml,洗脱效率为94.6%~95.9%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.034μg/ml(进样20μl洗脱液),定量下限为(S/N=10)为0.11 μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.011 mg/m3,最低定量浓度为0.037 mg/m3(以采集45 L空气样品计).结论 该方法采样和样品处理方法简单,各项指标均可满足方法学要求,可用于工作场所空气中2,4-滴的测定.

Objective To develop a method for determination of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) in the air of workplace by high-performance liquid chromatography.Methods 2,4-D was collected by ultrafine glass filters,desorbed by methanol,separated by a C18 column,and detected by a UV detector.Identification and quantification of 2,4-D were performed by retention time and peak areas,respectively.Results The linear range of the test was 2 ~200 μg/ml; the elution efficiency was 94.6%-95.9%; the limit of detection (S/N=3) was 0.034 μg/ml (injection volume of 20 μl eluant); the lower limit of quantification (S/N=10) was 0.11 μg/ml; the minimum detectable concentration was 0.011 mg/m3; the minimum quantifiable concentration was 0.037 mg/m3 (with sampled air volume of 45 L).Conclusion This method is convenient and simple in sample collection and preparation,and satisfies all methodological requirements.Therefore,this method is useful for the determination of 2,4-D in the air of workplace.
