目的 探讨CD133+、CD14+CD16+和CD42b表达水平与老年陈旧性心肌梗死患者心肌细胞成形术早期预后的相关性. 方法 采用流式细胞仪检测经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)+支架植入术患者和PCI+支架植入术+人脐带造血干细胞(hUCM)移植术患者循环CD133+、CD14+CD16+和CD42b的表达水平与心肌梗死面积和左心室射血分数(LVEF)的关系.评估CD133+、CD14+CD16+和CD42b对细胞心肌成形术早期预后的影响. 结果 PCI+支架植入术后8周CD133+(0.05±0.02)%、CD14+CD16+(0.9±0.2)%、CD42b(70.6±1.3)%,PCI+支架植入术+hUCB移植后8周CD133+ (0.07±0.01)%、CD14+ CD16+ (0.6±0.3)%、CD42b(80.2±8.3)%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01). 结论 CD133+、CD14+CD16+和CD42b表达水平可能预测老年陈旧性心肌梗死患者心肌细胞成形术的早期预后.

Objective To study the relationship between expression of peripheral blood CD133 +,CD14+CD16 +,CD42b and early prognosis of cellular cardiomyoplasty in elderly patients with old myocardial infarction.Methods The expressions of circulating CD133+,CD14+CD16+,CD42b in elderly patients with coronary stent implantation and cellular cardiomyoplasty were measured by flow cytometry to observe the effects of levels in CD133+,CD14 +CD16+ and CD42b on infarct size and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).Results At eight weeks,there were significant difference in molecular markers between cellular cardiomyoplasty and coronary stent implantation:CD133 +(0.07±0.01)%,CD14+CD16+(0.6±0.3)%,CD42b(80.2±8.3)% vs.CD133+(0.05±0.02)%,CD14+CD16+(0.9±0.2)%,CD42b(70.6±1.3) %,all P<0.01.Conclusions The changes of CD133+,CD14+CD16 +,CD42b may predict early prognosis of cellular cardiomyoplasty in elderly patients with old myocardial infarction.
