目的 研究川芎嗪注射液(GBE)对大鼠脑损伤后神经细胞的保护及功能恢复作用.方法 50只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组25只,对照组:液压损伤法损伤脑后腹腔注射等渗盐水;治疗组:脑损伤后1h腹腔注川芎嗪注射液10 mg/kg,此后2次/d,持续治疗5d.末次治疗后每组处死5只动物,检测脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量,脑损伤后第1h和末次治疗后第1、5、10d评定四肢运动功能(Salzman评分)和检测诱发电位(MEP).结果 SOD活性治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),MDA和NO含量治疗组低于对照组(P< 0.05).脑损伤后,四肢运动障碍,MEP波幅(P1-N1峰峰值)降低,潜伏期延长,末次治疗后各时间,治疗组MEP波幅、潜伏期,神经功能恢复均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 川芎嗪注射液能减少脑损伤后氧自由基所致继发损伤,并促进神经功能恢复.

목적 연구천궁진주사액(GBE)대대서뇌손상후신경세포적보호급공능회복작용.방법 50지Wistar웅성대서수궤분위대조조화치료조,매조25지,대조조:액압손상법손상뇌후복강주사등삼염수;치료조:뇌손상후1h복강주천궁진주사액10 mg/kg,차후2차/d,지속치료5d.말차치료후매조처사5지동물,검측뇌조직초양화물기화매(SOD)활성、병이철(MDA)화일양화담(NO)함량,뇌손상후제1h화말차치료후제1、5、10d평정사지운동공능(Salzman평분)화검측유발전위(MEP).결과 SOD활성치료조고우대조조(P<0.05),MDA화NO함량치료조저우대조조(P< 0.05).뇌손상후,사지운동장애,MEP파폭(P1-N1봉봉치)강저,잠복기연장,말차치료후각시간,치료조MEP파폭、잠복기,신경공능회복균우우대조조(P<0.05).결론 천궁진주사액능감소뇌손상후양자유기소치계발손상,병촉진신경공능회복.
Objective To study the protective effects and recovery function of ligustrazine on rats brain injury.Methods 50 wistar male rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:A (control group); B (ligustrazine group).group B treated with ligustrazine 10 mg/kg was respectively intraperitoneally injected into the rats 1 hour after SCI,then given ligustrazine at a day interal for 5 days.After the last treatment the each group 5 rats were killed and the levels of SOD,MBA and NO were measured and after last treatment 1,5,10 days motor function of 4 limbs was evaluated and MEP was recorded.Result The levels of SOD in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P < 0.05) and the level of MDA,NO in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P < 0.05).Distinct handicap of motor function in 4 limbs presented and amplitudes (Peak-Peak between P1 and N1) of MEP reduced,amplitudes in group B recovered better than that in group A at each measured time (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine can decrease the production of free radicals after brain injury and accelerate undee reversion of MEP and promote motor function recovery of braine injury undee restoration of MEP began earlier than that of motor function of 4 limbs.
