采用随机整群抽样的调查方法,对贵阳市云岩区40岁以上成人共10 140名(男性2 695名,女性7 445名)进行横断面调查.结果显示,贵阳市40 ～ 79岁人群代谢综合征(MS)标化患病率为37.36％,男性和女性MS标化患病率分别是27.14％、41.75％.女性在50岁以上MS患病率明显升高,60岁以上女性超过一半患病.MS男女患病率最高的表现形式是中心性肥胖+高血糖+高甘油三酯+高血压+低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,其患病率为6.9％.单组分异常的MS“前期”患病率为16.5％.此外,文化程度越低,MS患病率越高.

[Summary] A total of 10 140 adults (male 2 695,female 7 445) aged over 40 years in Guiyang community were randomly selected with stratified cluster sampling method from May to August,2010.The results showed that the standard prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in the population aged 40 to 79 years in Guiyang was 37.36％ (male 27.14％,female 41.75％),being significantly increased in female aged over 50 years,and more than one half of the female subjects aged 60 years had MS.The most clustering manifestations of MS were central obesity plus hyperglycemia,hypertriglyceridemia,hypertension,and lower high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,of which the prevalence reached 6.9％.The prevalence of pre-metabolic syndrome (only one to two abnormal components) was 16.5 ％.Besides,the lower the state of education,the higher the prevalence of MS.
