将60例脑损伤后认知功能障碍患者以区组随机方法分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均接受常规运动疗法和计算机辅助治疗,观察组同时结合人文疗法治疗8周.8周后,两组洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定(LOTCA)各项评分及巴氏指数评定(MBI)评分均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05).观察组知觉、视运动、思维、注意力和总分明显高于对照组(P<0.01).观察组SAS、SDS较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),分别为SAS(50±4)与(55±5)、SDS(53 ±4)与(56±5).提示计算机与人文结合疗法能明显改善脑损伤患者的认知功能.

A total of 60 patients with cognitive impairment were divided randomly into observation and control groups.Both groups were treated by conventional exercise therapy and computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation while humanities therapy was combined in the observation group.After 8-week treatment,Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment (LOTCA) and modified Barthel index (MBI) scores were enhanced in both groups (P < 0.05) while the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS) declined obviously in observation group (P < 0.05).The thought operation function,optomotor tissue,consciousness,concentration and total score of cognitive function in observation group were higher than control group (P < 0.01) while the scores of SAS and SDS obviously lower (P < 0.01).The scores of SAS were (50 ± 4),(55 ± 5) and SDS (53 ± 4),(56 ± 5) in two groups respectively.Therefore the therapy of computer cognitive rehabilitation plus humanities has the significant effect on improving cognitive function.
