目的探讨对脑发育不全性癫痫的致痫灶评估和外科治疗.方法 2005年5月至2009年8月对12例经临床表现、神经影像学、脑电图、PET/CT等确诊的脑发育不全性癫痫患者进行致痫灶评估、手术治疗,术后口服小剂量的卡马西平、丙戊酸钠或原术前服用的抗癫痫药.结果出院后随访1.5 -5.8年.按Engel术后标准评价Ⅰ级4例,Ⅱ级6例,Ⅲ级2例；按谭启富术后标准,满意者4例,显著改善者7例,良好1例.结论外科治疗脑发育不全性癫痫是一种非常有效的方法.
목적 탐토대뇌발육불전성전간적치간조평고화외과치료.방법 2005년5월지2009년8월대12례경림상표현、신경영상학、뇌전도、PET/CT등학진적뇌발육불전성전간환자진행치간조평고、수술치료,술후구복소제량적잡마서평、병무산납혹원술전복용적항전간약.결과 출원후수방1.5 -5.8년.안Engel술후표준평개Ⅰ급4례,Ⅱ급6례,Ⅲ급2례；안담계부술후표준,만의자4례,현저개선자7례,량호1례.결론 외과치료뇌발육불전성전간시일충비상유효적방법.
Objective To study the evaluation of epileptogenic zone and surgical treatment of cerebral dysgenesis epilepsy.Method According to clinical manifestation,neuroimaging,EECG and PET/CT,12 cerebral dysgenesis epilepsy cases got final diagnosis from May 2005 to August 2009.After epileptogenic zone evaluation and surgical treatment,low dose of Tegretol,Sodium Valproate pills (or some anti - epileptic drugs should taken preoperatively ) were taken postoperatively.Results 12 patients were followed - up from 1.5 to 5.8 years to evaluate surgical effects by Engel classificatin standard( 4 cases Engel Ⅰ,6 cases Engel Ⅱ,2 cases Engel Ⅲ ) and Tanqifu standard( satisfactory in 4 cases,conspicuous improved in 7 and good in 1 ).Conclusions Surgical treatment for cerebral dysgenesis epilepsy is effective.
