目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者肠内营养支持治疗的方法和效果.方法 将402例患者分为实验组(能全力组,208例)和对照组(普通全营养匀浆制品组,194例),入院6-48 h内给予肠内营养支持,每天1 000 ml(1 000 kcal),辅以流质食物加餐.比较两组血清白蛋白、TSF、AMC、体质量等营养指标并比较意识恢复程度及并发症的发生率.结果 实验组各项营养指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)而意识恢复程度(通过GCS评分)优于对照组,并发症出现率低于对照组.结论 重型颅脑损伤患者给予能全力肠内营养支持可有效地改善患者的营养状况,有利于患者的康复.

Objective To discuss the rational application and clinical significance of nutrition support in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 402 cases of severe craniocerebral traumawere randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group was supported with nutrison fibre(208 cases)and the control group with ordinary nutrients homogenate products(194 cases).The seralbumin,TSF,AMC and body weight were detected.The degree of consciousness recovery was investigated.The incidence rate of complication was observed.Results The nutritional indications (e.g.seralbumin,TSF,AMC and body weight,etc) of the experimental group were better than those of the control group and the GCS score was significantly improved in the experimental group,while the incidence rate of complication was markedly decreased in the experimental group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support could improve metabolic status,reduce the incidence rate of complication and improve the GCS score as a whole for severe craniocercbral injury patient.
