目的 评价颅内多发动脉瘤的血管内栓塞结果.方法 回顾2010年3月至2011年1月血管内栓塞治疗的36例颅内多发动脉瘤患者的临床资料.结果 36例患者有84个动脉瘤,其中63个经血管内栓塞治疗,2个外科夹闭,19个未治疗.54个(86%)完全栓塞,8个(13%)瘤颈残留,1个(2%)只行支架覆盖.26例患者(72%)一次栓塞1个以上动脉瘤.31例患者进行了造影随访,93%(53个动脉瘤)表现稳定或闭塞,7%(4个动脉瘤)复发,临床随访结果:33例患者(92%)无症状或轻微症状,1例(3%)部分视野缺失,2例(6%)偏瘫.结论 血管内治疗是颅内多发动脉瘤的合理治疗方法.血管内栓塞可用于优先治疗破裂出血的动脉瘤和外科难治的意外发现的动脉瘤.
目的 評價顱內多髮動脈瘤的血管內栓塞結果.方法 迴顧2010年3月至2011年1月血管內栓塞治療的36例顱內多髮動脈瘤患者的臨床資料.結果 36例患者有84箇動脈瘤,其中63箇經血管內栓塞治療,2箇外科夾閉,19箇未治療.54箇(86%)完全栓塞,8箇(13%)瘤頸殘留,1箇(2%)隻行支架覆蓋.26例患者(72%)一次栓塞1箇以上動脈瘤.31例患者進行瞭造影隨訪,93%(53箇動脈瘤)錶現穩定或閉塞,7%(4箇動脈瘤)複髮,臨床隨訪結果:33例患者(92%)無癥狀或輕微癥狀,1例(3%)部分視野缺失,2例(6%)偏癱.結論 血管內治療是顱內多髮動脈瘤的閤理治療方法.血管內栓塞可用于優先治療破裂齣血的動脈瘤和外科難治的意外髮現的動脈瘤.

Objective To evaluate the results of endovascular embolization of multiple intracranial aneurysms.Methods A retrospective hospital chart and radiograph review were performed of all patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms between March 2010 and January 2011.Results Ten patients presented with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH),four mass effects,two brain ischemia and twenty were incidental.These 36 patients harbored 84 aneurysms,63 of which were treated with endovascular techniques,two by surgical clipping,and nineteen were left untreated.In the coil-treated lesions,a complete endovascular occlusion was achieved in 54 aneurysms (86%),and 8 (13%) presented neck remnants with one (2%) stented only.Twenty-six patients (72%) underwent coil embolization of more than one aneurysm in the first session.Follow-up angiographic studies in 31 patients demonstrated an unchanged or improved result in 93% of the aneurysms (53 lesions) and coil compaction in 7% (four lesions).The overall clinical outcome was excellent in 33 patients (92%),good in one (3%) and fair in two (6%).Conclusions Endovascular techniques may be a particularly suitable method for the treatment of multiple intracranial aneurysms.
