目的 探讨大鼠C6脑胶质瘤模型在高场强动物MRI的影像学特征.方法 建立Wistar大鼠C6脑胶质瘤模型,2周后行高场强MRI及功能成像序列扫描,同时获取脑胶质瘤标本做病理学检查.结果 成功建立大鼠C6脑胶质瘤模型,病理学类似人脑胶质瘤.常规序列成像呈长T1,长T2信号,强化明显;MRI弥散成像呈稍高信号,肿瘤区域表观弥散信号较止常组织偏高;氢质子波谱成像上胶质瘤组织与正常组织相比N-乙酰天门冬氨酸峰值明显减低,胆碱峰值升高,肌酸峰值轻度降低;灌注图像脑肿瘤实质区域趋于低灌注,肿瘤周边区域见异常稍高灌注区.结论 成功获得大鼠C6脑胶质瘤在高场强动物MRI的影像形态学及功能成像信息,为动物胶质瘤实验研究提供影像学依据.
目的 探討大鼠C6腦膠質瘤模型在高場彊動物MRI的影像學特徵.方法 建立Wistar大鼠C6腦膠質瘤模型,2週後行高場彊MRI及功能成像序列掃描,同時穫取腦膠質瘤標本做病理學檢查.結果 成功建立大鼠C6腦膠質瘤模型,病理學類似人腦膠質瘤.常規序列成像呈長T1,長T2信號,彊化明顯;MRI瀰散成像呈稍高信號,腫瘤區域錶觀瀰散信號較止常組織偏高;氫質子波譜成像上膠質瘤組織與正常組織相比N-乙酰天門鼕氨痠峰值明顯減低,膽堿峰值升高,肌痠峰值輕度降低;灌註圖像腦腫瘤實質區域趨于低灌註,腫瘤週邊區域見異常稍高灌註區.結論 成功穫得大鼠C6腦膠質瘤在高場彊動物MRI的影像形態學及功能成像信息,為動物膠質瘤實驗研究提供影像學依據.

Objective To establish C6 rat brain glioma model and study its features on high field animal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).Methods Twenty wistar rats with body weight range from 250 g to 270 g were chosen and 1 × 106glioma cells were injected stereotactically into the right caudate nucleus of the brain to establish rat brain glioma models.2 weeks after the implantation,all rats were examined with high field animal MRI,including routine MR imaging,Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI),proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1 H-MRS) and Pcrfusion weighted imaging (PWI).After MRI examination,the rats were sampled for H&E staining and immunohistochemical staining.Results After 2 weeks growth of the tumor,the rate of successfully developing rat brain glioma was 100%.C6 rat brain gliomas were proved similarly to human glioma by pathology.The golimas were long T1 and long T2 signal on routine MRI sequence,high signal on DWI sequence and the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) signal of the tumor tissues was higher than normal tissues.In the 1H-MRS imaging,compared with the normal tissue,the value of N-acetyl aspartic acid (NAA) was apparently decreased in the tumor area,with Choline increased,and creatine slightly decrcased.The original PWI images were adjusted and got rCBV imaging、rCBF imaging and MTT imaging.The tumor area was low perfusion with high perfusion in some surrounding areas.Conclusion The model of C6 rat brain glioma can be established stereotactically and obtain routine and functional image in high field animal MRI successfully,which will provide more MR imaging message for animal experiment of glioma in the future.
