目的 评价弹簧圈近端辅助Onyx胶栓塞技术治疗脑动静脉畸形的可行性和安全性.方法 回顾性分析22例应用弹簧圈近端辅助Onyx胶栓塞技术治疗的脑AVM患者的临床资料及随访结果.结果 22例畸形共接受31次栓塞治疗,每例畸形团平均注射Onyx胶6.1 ml(1.5~16.0 ml).畸形团平均闭塞率达96.7%.18例通过血管内治疗完全闭塞.发生操作相关并发症1例,导致永久性神经功能缺失.随访期间患者预后满意,无再出血发生.造影随访栓塞结果稳定.结论 弹簧圈近端辅助Onyx胶栓塞技术是一种可行的脑AVM治疗方法.
目的 評價彈簧圈近耑輔助Onyx膠栓塞技術治療腦動靜脈畸形的可行性和安全性.方法 迴顧性分析22例應用彈簧圈近耑輔助Onyx膠栓塞技術治療的腦AVM患者的臨床資料及隨訪結果.結果 22例畸形共接受31次栓塞治療,每例畸形糰平均註射Onyx膠6.1 ml(1.5~16.0 ml).畸形糰平均閉塞率達96.7%.18例通過血管內治療完全閉塞.髮生操作相關併髮癥1例,導緻永久性神經功能缺失.隨訪期間患者預後滿意,無再齣血髮生.造影隨訪栓塞結果穩定.結論 彈簧圈近耑輔助Onyx膠栓塞技術是一種可行的腦AVM治療方法.

Objective To present the initial experience by using a novel injection method for the embolization of AVMs.Methods The authors retrospectively reviewed the data of all 22 patients with brain AVMs (12 male,10 female; age range,12 ~68 years; mean age,43.2 years) treated by transarterial coil -augmented Onyx injection technique.The technical feasibility of the procedure,procedure-related complications,angiographic results,and clinical outcome were evaluated.Results A total of 31 sessions were performed with the mean injection volume of 6.1 ml (range,1.5 ~16.0 ml).An average of 96.7% (range 85% ~ 100%) estimated size reduction was achieved,and 18 AVMs could be completely excluded by EVT alone.The results remained stable on follow-up angiograms.Procedural complication occurred in one patient,with permanent mild neurologic deficit.Conclusions Their preliminary series demonstrated that coil-augmented Onyx injection technique was a valuable complement,which achieved excellent penetration and improved safety of the procedure.
