目的探讨自行研发的记忆合金钉脚固定器(the memory alloy nail-feet-fixator,MANFF)治疗腕舟骨骨折的手术方法及临床疗效.方法采用切开复位后记忆合金钉脚固定器治疗66例舟骨骨折的患者,定期复查,观察骨折愈合情况,评价临床疗效.结果本组均获得随访,时间为8～24个月,舟骨骨折均达骨性愈合,无感染、骨不连及创伤性关节炎等并发症,依据Krimmer评分表对腕关节功能进行评分:优50例,良9例,满意7例；优良率为89.4％.结论记忆合金钉脚固定器治疗腕舟骨骨折,手术简单,骨折愈合率高,临床效果满意,值得推广应用.

Objective To investigate the surgical methods of treating scaphoid fractures by the self developed memory alloy nail-foot-fixator (MANFF) and evaluate the clinical outcomes.Methods Open reduction and internal fixation using the MANFF were carried out in 66 patients with scaphoid fractures.Postoperatively the patients were follow-up regularly to observe healing of the scaphoid fracture and evaluate the treatment results.Results The patients were follow-up for 8 to 24 months.Fractures were healed in all the patients.There were no infection,nonunion and traumatic arthritis and other complications.Wrist function was assessed using Krimmer's score and the overall results were rated as excellent in 50 cases,good in 9 cases and fair in 7 cases,the excellent and good rate being 89.4％.Conclusion Treatment of scaphoid fractures with MANFF leads to high rate of fracture healing and satisfactory clinical results.It is worthy of wide application.
