目的对复杂性拇、手指缺损进行分型,并提出相对统一的修复方法.方法对1989年12月至2009年12月期间,共711例复杂性拇、手指缺损的患者,根据是否伴有软组织缺损将其分为A、B二类,两类中再根据手指缺损情况分Ⅰ～Ⅴ个亚型,并对其治疗方法进行归纳总结.结果对复杂性拇、手指缺损的治疗有相对固定的术式,患手通过这些术式的治疗获得了良好的功能和外形.结论通过分型采用不同的手术方法,可使复杂性拇、手指缺损的修复方法相对统一、有效.

Objective To classify complex defects of the thumb and fingers and devise conformable reconstructive strategies.Methods Seven hundred and eleven cases of the thumb and finger defects that were treated from December 1989 to December 2009 were involved in the study.These defects were classified as type A or type B according to the accompanying soft tissue defect.Each type was further divided into subtypes Ⅰ to Ⅴ based on the degree of finger defect.Surgical procedures for all these cases were analyzed and summarized.Results There were relatively fixed procedures for treating these complex thumb and finger defects.Good function and appearance of the hand were obtained by these procedures.Conclusion Application of corresponding surgical procedures according to defect classification can standardize the treatment of complex defect of the thumb and fingers and lead to satisfactory results.
