目的 观察壳聚糖应用于输精管节育的生物相容性.方法 用4个月龄雄性Wistar 大鼠60只,对壳聚糖进行急性毒性、亚急性毒性、溶血及输精管置入等实验.结果 急性毒性实验组体质量为(251.4±16.8)g,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).亚急性毒性实验组体质量、血红蛋白、白细胞、淋巴细胞及中性粒细胞比率分别为(252.0±16.1)g、(13.80±1.37) g/dl、(8.68±0.36)×109/L、(76.60±6.81)%、(8.60±3.64)%,与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);组织和细胞未见变性坏死.溶血实验组溶血率为0.37%,小于公认的5.00%.输精管置人实验显示炎性反应较轻.结论 壳聚糖应用于输精管节育的生物相容性良好.

Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of the chitosan used in the vas deferens fertility control.Methods In 60 4-month-old male Wistar rats,acute and subacute toxicity test,hemolysis and the vas deferens plantation test were used to explore the biocompatibility of chitosan.Results In acute toxicity test,there was no significant difference in body weight between experimental group and control group (P > 0.05).In subacute toxicity test,the body weight,HB,WBC,lymphocytes and neutrophils ratios in experimental group were (252.0 ± 16.1) g,(13.80 ± 1.37) g/dL,(8.68 ±0.36) x 109/L,(76.60 ± 6.81) % and (8.60 ± 3.64) %,showing no significant differences from control group (P >0.05).Tissue and cell degeneration,and necrosis were not seen.The hemolytic rate in hemolytic experimental group was 0.37 percent,less than accepted 5.00 percent.Vas deferens plantation experiment showed a minor inflammatory response.Conclusion Chitosan using in the vas deferens fertility control has good biocompatibility.
