目的 探讨臂丛神经内降钙素基因相关肽含量(CGRP)与痉挛骨骼肌之间的关系.方法 将16只右侧大脑皮层损伤模型Wistar大鼠随机分成两组(各8只),实验组行臂丛神经切断术,对照组不予任何处理.于术后第20天对各大鼠切取相同部位左臂丛神经组织,用免疫组织化学方法检测其CGRP百分率并做定量分析,同时进行肱二头肌电生理测定评估肌张力.结果 实验组大鼠左臂丛神经内CGRP含量[(7122.58±1697.72) μm2]高于对照组[(6613.96 ±1433.59) μm2],肱二头肌肌张力低于对照组;两指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 臂丛神经切断术治疗大脑损伤性肌痉挛的机制可能与增加降低神经局部的CGRP含量有关.

Objective To study the relationship between the calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) content in brachial plexus and spasmodic muscles.Methods The 16 Wistar rats with right cerebral cortex injury were diveded into 2 groups (8 rats in each group):the experiment group was given brachial plexus amputation,and the control group received no-treatment.The CGRP in brachial plexus was examined by using immunohistochemical method and the biceps musele tension was evaluated by electrophysiology measurement at 20th day after sympathectomy.Meanwhile,the nerve symptom was observed and spasm of flexion elbow muscles on the left foreleg after sympathectomy was assessed.Results The CGRP in left brachial plexus was significantly higher in experiment group [(7122.58 ± 1697.72) μm2] than in control group [(6613.96 ± 1433.59) μm2] (P < 0.05),and spasm of the limbs was alleviated after sympathectomy.Conclusion The treatment mechanism of brachial plexus amputation for myospasm resulting from cerebrum injury may be related to the increase in the local content of CGRP.
