目的 观察粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)对外周血细胞及炎性因子的影响.方法 38只清洁级大白兔随机分两组制备心肌梗死模型,梗后第2天,G-CSF组给予G-CSF 10μg/(kg·d),对照组生理盐水0.5 ml/(kg·d),皮下注射共5d,血液自动分析仪检测外周血细胞,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测超敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平.结果 梗后7、14d白细胞总数(WBC),中性粒细胞(N)数G-CSF组高于对照组(P<0.05).HsCRP梗后7d,G-CSF组高于对照组(P>0.05);梗后14 d G-CSF组[(2.02±1.57) mg/L]低于对照组[(4.12±0.68) mg/L(P<0.05].TNF-α在梗后7 d G-CSF组高于对照组(P>0.05),梗后14 d G-CSF组[(40.9±17.7) ng/L低于对照组(53.2±14.8)ng/L,p<0.05].结论 G-CSF有助于WBC总数的升高,并对急性期炎性细胞因子的升高有轻度影响,但可促进炎性细胞因子的尽早恢复.

목적 관찰립세포집락자격인자(G-CSF)대외주혈세포급염성인자적영향.방법 38지청길급대백토수궤분량조제비심기경사모형,경후제2천,G-CSF조급여G-CSF 10μg/(kg·d),대조조생리염수0.5 ml/(kg·d),피하주사공5d,혈액자동분석의검측외주혈세포,매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)검측초민C반응단백(HsCRP)、종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)수평.결과 경후7、14d백세포총수(WBC),중성립세포(N)수G-CSF조고우대조조(P<0.05).HsCRP경후7d,G-CSF조고우대조조(P>0.05);경후14 d G-CSF조[(2.02±1.57) mg/L]저우대조조[(4.12±0.68) mg/L(P<0.05].TNF-α재경후7 d G-CSF조고우대조조(P>0.05),경후14 d G-CSF조[(40.9±17.7) ng/L저우대조조(53.2±14.8)ng/L,p<0.05].결론 G-CSF유조우WBC총수적승고,병대급성기염성세포인자적승고유경도영향,단가촉진염성세포인자적진조회복.
Objective To find out the changes in blood cell counts and inflammatory cytokines after granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) traetment in rats with myocardial infarction.Methods Thirty-eight healthy New Zealand white rabbits were divided into two groups:10 μg/(kg· day) G-CSF in G-CSF group and 0.5 ml/(kg·d) saline in control group starting at 24th h after infarction,once daily for 5 days.Results White blood cells (WBC) and granulocytes (N) were significantly increased in G-CSF group as compared with those in control group (P < 0.05) at 7th and 14th day after myocardial infarction.High sensitivity C reactive protein (HsCRP) levels in G-CSF and control group were (7.32 ±2.32) mg/L and (6.53 ± 1.21) mg/L at 7th day (P >0.05),and (2.02 ± 1.57) mg/L and (4.12 ±0.68) mg/L at 14th day after myocardial infarction (P <0.05),respectively.TNF-α levels in G-CSF and control groups were (80.1 ±40.1) ng/L and (74.4±39.1) ng/L at 7th day (P>0.05),and (40.9±17.7) ng/L and (53.2 ± 14.8) ng/L at 14th day after myocardial infarction (P < 0.05),respectively.Conclusion G-CSF can increase the number of white blood cell(WBC) and restore inflamation cytokine early.
