目的 观察慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者经牙周基础治疗后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和瘦素(leptin)的变化.方法 选择河南省商丘市第一人民医院2009年6月至2012年2月慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者34例作为观察组,同期慢性牙周炎患者不伴有全身系统性疾病34例作为对照组,两组均进行牙周基础治疗.分别在治疗前和治疗后3个月记录两组患者探诊出血(BOP)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)以及血清IL-6、leptin水平的变化.结果 治疗前观察组血清IL-6和leptin水平分别为(3.42±0.31) μg/L及(1.24±1.13)μg/L,均高于对照组[(3.12±0.34)、(1.01 ±0.50) μg/L],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后3个月,两组患者BOP阳性率、PD、AL、血清IL-6和leptin水平均比治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者经牙周基础治疗后牙周状况明显改善,血清IL-6、leptin水平明显降低.

목적 관찰만성아주염반2형당뇨병환자경아주기출치료후혈청백세포개소-6(IL-6)화수소(leptin)적변화.방법 선택하남성상구시제일인민의원2009년6월지2012년2월만성아주염반2형당뇨병환자34례작위관찰조,동기만성아주염환자불반유전신계통성질병34례작위대조조,량조균진행아주기출치료.분별재치료전화치료후3개월기록량조환자탐진출혈(BOP)、아주탐진심도(PD)、부착상실(AL)이급혈청IL-6、leptin수평적변화.결과 치료전관찰조혈청IL-6화leptin수평분별위(3.42±0.31) μg/L급(1.24±1.13)μg/L,균고우대조조[(3.12±0.34)、(1.01 ±0.50) μg/L],차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).치료후3개월,량조환자BOP양성솔、PD、AL、혈청IL-6화leptin수평균비치료전명현하강,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 만성아주염반2형당뇨병환자경아주기출치료후아주상황명현개선,혈청IL-6、leptin수평명현강저.
Objective To explore the effect of periodontal foundation treatment on serum interleukin (IL)-6 and leptin levels in patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Thirty-four patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to Feb.2012 served as observation group,and 34 patients with chronic periodontitis alone as control group.All patients were given periodontal foundation treatment.Parameters including bleeding on probing (BOP),probing depth (PD),attachment loss (AL),and serum levels of IL-6 and leptin were measured before and after treatment,and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the serum levels of IL-6 and leptin in observation group were (3.42 ± 0.31) and (1.24 ± 1.13) μg/L,which were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment for three months,BOP,PD,AL and serum levels of IL-6 and leptin were significantly lower than those before the treatment intwo groups [(3.12±0.34),(1.01±0.50) μg/L] (P＜0.05).Conclusion The periodontal foundation treatment can effectively improve periodontal status and decrease the serum levels of IL-6 and leptin in patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
