目的观察癌基因B细胞特异的莫洛尼白血病病毒插入位点1基因(Bmi-1)和埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)在大肠癌组织中的表达,探讨Bmi-1和Ezrin与大肠癌的相关性.方法采用免疫组织化学法检测75例大肠癌患者手术切除的肿瘤组织和癌旁组织中Bmi-1和Ezrin表达水平.结果 Bmi-1在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为22.67％(17/75),在大肠癌组织中阳性表达率为85.33％(64/75),两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),Bmi-1表达水平与大肠癌浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P ＜0.05)；Ezrin在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为13.33％ (10/75),在大肠癌组织中阳性表达率为72.00％ (54/75),两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),Ezrin表达水平与大肠癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P＜0.05).结论检测Bmi-1和Ezrin有助于评估大肠癌患者的不良预后.

Objective To analyse the expression and clinical significance of B-cell specific moloney murine leukemia virus insertion site 1 (Bmi-1) and Ezrin in colorectal carcinoma,and to discuss the relationship between of Bmi-1 expression and Ezrin expression and colorectal carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method were used to assess the expression of Bmi-1 and Ezrin in 75 cases of human colorectal carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues.Results The expression rate of Bmi-1 was 85.33％ (64/75) in colorectal carcinoma tissues,and 22.67％ (17/75) in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (P ＜ 0.01),the expression rate of Ezrin was 72.00％ (54/75) in colorectal carcinoma tissues,and 13.33％ (10/75) in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (P ＜ 0.01).The expressions of Bmi-1 were related to serosa invasion,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05),there was a close relation between the expression of Ezrin and histology grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Bmi-1 and Ezrin may be used as poor prognosis marker of colorectal carcinoma.
