目的 探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)材料联合臭氧水的安全性.方法 提取两者的浸提液进行:(1)皮内刺激实验:在兔脊柱左、右侧的上下区域各5个点注射0.2 ml实验浸提液、臭氧水、对照浸提液及生理盐水.(2)迟发性超敏反应实验:于豚鼠背部两侧注射A为0.1ml弗氏完全佐剂与实验浸提液混合液,B为0.1ml对照浸提液,C为A与B组各0.05 ml混合浸提液.(3)细胞毒性实验:采用L-929小鼠成纤维细胞分不同实验组培养液培养,评估细胞毒性.结果 皮内刺激反应阴性,迟发性超敏实验示无致敏性,细胞毒性实验示实验浸提液无细胞毒性.结论 VSD材料与臭氧水联合应用具有良好的安全性.

목적 탐토부압봉폐인류(VSD)재료연합취양수적안전성.방법 제취량자적침제액진행:(1)피내자격실험:재토척주좌、우측적상하구역각5개점주사0.2 ml실험침제액、취양수、대조침제액급생리염수.(2)지발성초민반응실험:우돈서배부량측주사A위0.1ml불씨완전좌제여실험침제액혼합액,B위0.1ml대조침제액,C위A여B조각0.05 ml혼합침제액.(3)세포독성실험:채용L-929소서성섬유세포분불동실험조배양액배양,평고세포독성.결과 피내자격반응음성,지발성초민실험시무치민성,세포독성실험시실험침제액무세포독성.결론 VSD재료여취양수연합응용구유량호적안전성.
Objective To evaluate the security of the vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) materials combined with ozonated water.Methods The extract liquids was used to perform such biological tests as intracutaneous stimulation test:0.2 ml experimental extract liquid,ozonated water,control extract liquid and physiological saline were respectively injected into different areas of the spines in rabbits; delayed hypersensitivity test (DTH):Different extract liquids were injected into both dorsal sides in the guinea pigs at the region A (Freund complete adjuvant mixed with ozonated water),the region B (VSD mixed with ozonated water) and the region C (A mixed with B) ; and cytotoxicity test:L-929 mouse fibroblast cells were cultured in different experimental groups to measure the value-added rate and to evaluate the cytotoxicity.The data were analyzed and evaluated according to the criterion of the national standard.Results Intradermal stimulation test was negative.DTH showed no sensitization.The in vitro cytotoxicity test showed no cytotoxicity.Conclusion No intracutaneous stimulation and no sensitization reactions were found.The VSD materials combined with ozonated water possessed excellent biocompatibility and security.
