目的探讨肾透明细胞癌(CCRCC)部分多层螺旋CT(MSCT)征象与缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学法检测42例CCRCC中HIF-1α、VEGF蛋白的表达,并观察MSCT图像.结果 CCRCC组中HIF-1仅、VEGF蛋白阳性表达率分别为78.6％ (33/42)、80.9％(34/42).HIF-1o、VEGF蛋白表达与MSCT图像显示肿瘤大小≤4 cm、＞4 cm组,强化程度≤30 Hu、＞30 Hu组,有无液化、坏死,肿瘤边界是否清楚,血管有无受侵及有无淋巴结或/和器官转移有关(P＜0.01);但与平扫密度无明显相关(P＞0.05).结论 HIF-1α、VEGF蛋白表达与CCRCC的发生、发展有关;根据CCRCC的MSCT征象在一定程度上可以判断CCRCC的生物学行为和血管生成情况.
목적 탐토신투명세포암(CCRCC)부분다층라선CT(MSCT)정상여결양유도인자-1α(HIF-1α)、혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)단백표체적관계.방법 채용면역조직화학법검측42례CCRCC중HIF-1α、VEGF단백적표체,병관찰MSCT도상.결과 CCRCC조중HIF-1부、VEGF단백양성표체솔분별위78.6％ (33/42)、80.9％(34/42).HIF-1o、VEGF단백표체여MSCT도상현시종류대소≤4 cm、＞4 cm조,강화정도≤30 Hu、＞30 Hu조,유무액화、배사,종류변계시부청초,혈관유무수침급유무림파결혹/화기관전이유관(P＜0.01);단여평소밀도무명현상관(P＞0.05).결론 HIF-1α、VEGF단백표체여CCRCC적발생、발전유관;근거CCRCC적MSCT정상재일정정도상가이판단CCRCC적생물학행위화혈관생성정황.
Objective To study the correlation between hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) protein expression and part of multi-slice CT (MSCT) signs in clear cell renal carcinoma (CCRCC).Methods The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF protein was detected by using the immunohistochemical method in 42 cases of CCRCC and MSCT signs were observed.Results In 42 cases of CCRCC,the positive expression rate of HIF-1α and VEGF protein expression was 78.6％ (33/42) and 80.9％ (34/42) respectively.The expression levels of HIF-1α and VEGF proteins were correlated with MSCT showing tumor size (≤4 cm,＞4 cm),the degree of enhancement (≤30 Hu,＞30 Hu),liquefaction necrosis,tumor boundary,vascular invasion,and lymph node or organ metastasis (P ＜ 0.01),but not with the scan density (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The expression of HIF-1 α and VEGF protein had relationship with the occurrence and development of CCRCC.The biological behaviors and angiogenesis in CCRCC can be judged according to the MSCT signs to some extent.
