目的观察痰塔特姆氏菌溶解草酸钙结石的效果并与乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)比较.方法用痰塔特姆氏菌溶解草酸钙结石.重量分析法、配位滴定法和分光光度法分别测定草酸钙质量、钙离子和草酸根含量.结果痰塔特姆氏菌、EDTA具有一定的溶解草酸钙结石的能力,在糜蛋白酶协助下溶石量增加.结论痰塔特姆氏菌具有一定的溶解草酸钙结石的能力,12h内随菌群数增加溶石效果增强.

Objective To evaluate the dissolution of calcium oxalate calculi with tatumella ptyseos.Methods Calcium oxalate calculi dissolved in culture medium of tatumella ptyseos,by the gravimetric analysis,coordination titrimetric analysis,and spectrophotometric analysis,CaC2 O4,Ca2 + and C2O24-were determined.Results Tatumella ptyseost can dissolve calcium oxalate calculi.12 h,dissolving effect is enhanced with the increase in the number of bacteria (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion To improve tatumella ptyseos' ability to dissolve calcium calculi,however,there is a lot of work to do.It' s a clue to design some drugs to dissolve calcium oxalate calculi.
