目的 观察研制的壳聚糖生物活性敷料对创面愈合的影响.方法 选用10只清洁级Wistar大鼠,于脊柱两侧制备面积约2.0 cm×1.0 cm无菌创面及感染创面动物模型,设立同体对照,实验组用壳聚糖生物活性敷料覆盖,对照组用凡士林纱布(高渗盐水纱布)覆盖,于术后3、7、10、14 d观察创面感染、组织反应、肉芽生长及愈合情况,两组均定期换药直至创面愈合,比较两种敷料对创面愈合的影响.结果 无菌创面及感染创面愈合时间实验组分别为(9.6±1.5)d和(15.3±2.6)d,对照组为(14.6±2.1)d和(19.0±3.2)d,实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 研制的壳聚糖生物活性敷料具有控制创面感染及促进创面愈合的作用.

목적 관찰연제적각취당생물활성부료대창면유합적영향.방법 선용10지청길급Wistar대서,우척주량측제비면적약2.0 cm×1.0 cm무균창면급감염창면동물모형,설립동체대조,실험조용각취당생물활성부료복개,대조조용범사림사포(고삼염수사포)복개,우술후3、7、10、14 d관찰창면감염、조직반응、육아생장급유합정황,량조균정기환약직지창면유합,비교량충부료대창면유합적영향.결과 무균창면급감염창면유합시간실험조분별위(9.6±1.5)d화(15.3±2.6)d,대조조위(14.6±2.1)d화(19.0±3.2)d,실험조적치료효과명현우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 연제적각취당생물활성부료구유공제창면감염급촉진창면유합적작용.
Objective To study the role of developed chitosan biological activity dressings on wound healing.Methods Establish 10 sterile wound and infection wound animal models by clean level Wistar rats on both sides of the spine preparation area of about 2.0 cm × 1.0 cm and Autologous comparison,all animal were divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group covered with chitosan bioactive dressing,control group covered with Vaseline gauze (hypertonic saline gauze).We observed wound infection,tissue reaction,the growth of granulation and healing on 3,7,10,14 days after surgery.Both groups were regularly dressing until wound healing,comparing two dressing effect on wound healing.Results The wound healing time were (9.6 ± 1.5) and (15.3 ± 2.6) days in experimental group in sterile wound and infection wound,which were (14.6 ±2.1) and (19.0 ±3.2) days in control group.The therapeutic effect of experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion Developed chitosan biological activity dressings can control infection and promote wound healing.
