目的 探讨Notch1和Notch3在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与患者预后的关系.方法 对60例NSCLC患者,应用免疫组织化学技术检测Notch1和Notch3在其肺癌组织及正常肺组织中的表达,分析其与患者临床病理特征及术后生存时间的相关性.结果 Notch1和Notch3在肺癌组织中的阳性率(73.3%和76.7%)明显高于正常肺组织(30.0%和26.7%,P<0.05).Notch1的表达水平与肿瘤病理分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05);Notch3的表达水平与淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,Notch1和Notch3阴性组患者预后明显优于阳性组.多因素分析显示Notch1和Notch3是影响NSCLC患者预后的独立危险因素.结论 Notch1和Notch3的表达水平影响NSCLC组织的临床病理特征进而影响患者的预后.

Objective To assess the expression of Notch1 and Notch3 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients and determine its association with prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemistry was uesd to detect Notch1 and Notch3 expression in NSCLC tissues and adjacent non-cancerous normal lung tissues from 60 patients undergoing surgical treatment.The correlation between the expression levels of Notch1 and Notch3 with clinicopathological features and postoperative survival time was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Notch1 and Notch3 (73.3% and 76.7%) in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues (30.0% and 26.7%,P < 0.05).Moreover,Notch1 overexpression was significantly correlated with TNM stage (P < 0.05) and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).Notch3 overexpression was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival time of Notch1-positive and Notch3-positive patients was shorter.Multivariate analysis further demonstrated that Notch1 and Notch3 were independent prognostic factors for patients with NSCLC.Conclusion Notch1 and Notch3 may be related with the clinicopathologic features of NSCLC tissues and useful biomarkers to predict the prognosis of patients with NSCLC.
