目的 探讨在胰腺导管癌中丛生蛋白和抑凋亡蛋白及细胞增殖标志物间的关系.方法 用双重荧光染色法对17例胰腺导管腺癌中丛生蛋白和生存素(Survivin)进行染色并计数阳性细胞进行统计;同法对丛生蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及Ki-67的表达进行检测.结果 在胰腺导管癌中丛生蛋白阳性细胞数为420个,Survivin阳性细胞数为72个,其中丛生蛋白和Survivin均阳性的细胞数为59个.丛生蛋白、PCNA及Ki-67共同表达的癌细胞数为0个.结论 丛生蛋白在胰腺导管癌中的抗凋亡范围比Survivin更广泛,并且其表达和细胞增殖无相关.

Objective To investigate the correlation between clusterin and inhibitor of apoptosis protein,proliferation markers in pancreatic adenocarcinoma.Methods Double fluorescent staining was employed to detect the expression of clusterin,Survivin,proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Ki-67 in 17 cases of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.Results The numbers of positive cells of clusterin and Survivin were 420 and 72 respectively.Among them,58 were both positive reaction of clusterin and Survivin.However,co-expression was undetected between clusterin and PCNA,Ki-67 in the any cancer cells.Conclusion Clusterin has a wider range than Survivin for anti-apoptosis in pancreatic adenocarcinoma.However,there was no significant association between expression of clusterin and cell proliferation.
