目的 分析影响脑胶质瘤患者复发的因素.方法 采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)、免疫组织化学法分别检测肿瘤精子蛋白32前体(OY-TES-1) mRNA和蛋白表达.采用Cox比例风险回归模型分析影响胶质瘤复发的因素.结果 复发性脑胶质瘤OY-TES-1 mRNA阳性率为57.50%(46/80),OY-TES-1蛋白阳性表达率为33.75% (27/80).多困素分析显示首次病理级别和OY-TES-1 mRNA表达水平是影响胶质瘤复发时间的独立预后因素.结论 检测OY-TES-1 mRNA有助于检测胶质瘤复发时间.

Objective To analyze the recurrent factors of patients with glioma.Methods The expression of sperm protein 32 precursor (OY-TES-1) mRNA and protein was detected by using PCR and immunohistochemistry respectively.The Cox regression model was used to analyze the recurrent factors of patients with glioma.Results The positive rate of OY-TES-1 mRNA and protein was 57.50% (46/80) and 33.75% (27/80) respectively in 80 cases of recurrent glioma.Multivariate survival analysis showed that the histologic grade of the first time and the the expression of OY-TES-1 mRNA were independent and statistically significant prognostic factors for the recurrent time of the glioma.Conclusion OY-TES-1 mRNA could be used as the prognostic indicators of the recurrent time for glioma.
