目的 调查广州市社区医院护士对糖尿病知识掌握情况及糖尿病健康教育现状.方法 采用问卷调查法对广州市3个主城区18家社区医院329名护士进行调查.结果 糖尿病知识总得分为(8.05±4.90)分,总分为28分,不同学历、职称、年龄护士得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);口服降糖药物的服药时间得分最高,为(4.01±2.58)分,糖尿病运动治疗得分最低,为(0.33±0.75)分;78.1%的社区护士为糖尿病患者提供健康教育,主要的形式为发放宣传资料占66.9%,其次为一对一讲解占19.5%,健康讲座占7.8%.结论 大部分社区医院护士参与糖尿病教育,但对糖尿病知识掌握欠缺,专科知识亟须提高,为提高糖尿病健康教育的质量提供保障.

목적 조사엄주시사구의원호사대당뇨병지식장악정황급당뇨병건강교육현상.방법 채용문권조사법대엄주시3개주성구18가사구의원329명호사진행조사.결과 당뇨병지식총득분위(8.05±4.90)분,총분위28분,불동학력、직칭、년령호사득분차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);구복강당약물적복약시간득분최고,위(4.01±2.58)분,당뇨병운동치료득분최저,위(0.33±0.75)분;78.1%적사구호사위당뇨병환자제공건강교육,주요적형식위발방선전자료점66.9%,기차위일대일강해점19.5%,건강강좌점7.8%.결론 대부분사구의원호사삼여당뇨병교육,단대당뇨병지식장악흠결,전과지식극수제고,위제고당뇨병건강교육적질량제공보장.
Objective To investigate the degree of nurses' mastering of diabetes knowledge and the current status of health education in community hospitals of Guangzhou.Method Questionnaire survey on the objective was conducted among 329 nurses from 18 community hospitals of 3 main districts in Guangzhou.Results The total score of diabetes knowledge was (8.05 ± 4.90) (with full marks of 28),which varied depending on nurses' education background,technical title and age (P < 0.05).The highest score (4.01 ± 2.58) was from the time of taking antidiabetic drugs,and diabetes movement treatment (0.33 ± 0.75) was the lowest.78.1% of the community nurses provided health education for diabetic patients by distribution of health materials (66.9%),one to one speaking (19.5%),and health lectures(7.8%).Conclusions Most nurses in community hospitals participate in the practice of diabetes education,but there are still gaps in their related knowledge.And for the sake of providing better health education,nurses should be equipped with further specialized knowledge.
