目的运用PDCA循环管理理论,进行痰标本质量管理持续改进,以提高痰菌培养阳性率.方法收集我院呼吸科2013年1至5月患者留取痰培养标本的管理资料为对照组,将PDCA循环管理法用于我院呼吸科2013年6至11月患者留取痰培养标本的管理资料为观察组.针对痰培养标本留取率、合格率、阳性率低的问题,对比分析两组管理前后的效果.结果采用PDCA循环理论进行质量管理后,痰培养标本质量达到预期目标,留取率、合格率、阳性率较之前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 PDCA循环理论用于痰标本质量管理持续改进效果显著,对提高临床医疗护理质量管理有积极的影响,具有临床推广意义.

Objective To continuously improve the quality of sputum culture samples with PDCA cycle management theory,to improve positive rate of sputum culture.Methods Collecting the data of pneumology department patients of our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 May as the control group,while the PDCA cycle management method used for the observation group from 2013 June to 2013 November,compare the take rate,pass rate and positive rate of two groups.Results With PDCA cycle theory quality management,we achieved the anticipated target on sputum culture specimens quality.Sputum specimens rate,qualified rate,positive rate significantly increased,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion PDCA cycle theory has an significant effect on sputum culture samples quality management continuous improvement and clinical medical and nursing quality management,worthy of clinical promotion.
