目的比较地塞米松、托烷司琼单独或联合应用预防患者乳腺癌根治术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的效果.方法将89例患者随机分为4组:对照组(Ⅰ组,25例),地塞米松10 mg组(Ⅱ组,19例),托烷司琼2 mg组(Ⅲ组,20例)和地塞米松10 mg+托烷司琼2 mg组(Ⅳ组,25例).评估4组患者术后恶心呕吐.结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的恶心发生率分别为32％、21％、20％、16％;呕吐发生率分别为24％、16％、15％、12％,与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的术后恶心、呕吐发生率低(P＜0.05),但3组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论地塞米松和托烷司琼在预防乳腺癌根治患者PONV的效果上无明显差异.

Objective Compare the effect of dexamethasone,tropisetron,dexamethasone and Tropisetron in preventing nausea and vomiting after radical mastectomy.Methods Eighty-nine patients were divided into four groups; the control (group Ⅰ),the dexamethasone (group Ⅱ),tropisetron (group Ⅲ),dexamethasone and tropisetron group (Ⅳ group).Assess PONV of each group.Results The incidence of nausea was 32％,21％,20％,16％ respeotinely; And the incidence of vomiting was 24％,16％,15％,12％.Comparing with the control group,the other three groups had a low incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV,P ＜ 0.05).The three groups,showed no statistical significance.Conclusion No significant difference between the dexamethasone and tropisetron in preventing PONV of patients after radical mastectomy.
