目的 探讨高尔基体糖蛋白73(GP73)和CD133与结直肠癌临床生物学行为的关系.方法 收集82例结直肠癌患者手术切除的肿瘤组织及相应癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测GP73和CD133在组织中表达水平.结果 GP73在结直肠癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(84.15%比64.63%,P<0.01),GP73表达水平与结直肠癌组织学分化程度、浸润深度明显相关(P<0.05);CD133在结直肠癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(47.56%比15.85%,P<0.01),CD133表达水平与结直肠癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05).结论 同时检测GP73和CD133的表达有助于判断结直肠癌患者的临床病理特征.

Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of Golgi protein-73 (GP73) and CD133 with clinical biological behaviors of colorectal carcinoma.Methods Immunohisto-chemical method was used to assess the expression of GP73 and CD133 in 82 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues.Results The expression rate of GP73 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (84.15% vs.64.63%,P <0.01).The expression level of GP73 was related to histology grade and serosa invasion of colorectal carcinoma (P < 0.05).Tthe expression rate of CD133 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (47.56% vs.15.85%,P <0.01),and the expression of CD133 was closely related with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma (P <0.05).Conclusion GP73 and CD133 in colorectal carcinoma tissues might be used as markers for assessing the clinicopathological features.
