目的 探讨《急危重症护理学》理论、操作、实践三维无缝隙教学模式的构建及在《急危重症护理学》教学中的应用以及对综合急救能力教学效果的观察.方法 选取2所院校2008级本科4个班护生196名,设实验组与对照组,实验组为2所院校各1个班共2个班96名护生,应用《急危重症护理学》急救理论、操作技能与临床实践三维无缝隙教学模式教学;对照组为2所院校另1个班共2个班100名护生,应用常规教学模式教学.结果 两组《急危重症护理学》理论考核、综合应急能力考核及团队合作比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组护生对《急危重症护理学》理论、操作、实践三维无缝隙教学模式评价在提高学习兴趣(2项)、团队合作(1项)方面和及时应用急救护理知识、能够应用救护程序对病人实施救护2项比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 《急危重症护理学》教学中应用“理论、操作、实践”三维无缝隙教学模式不仅可提高考核成绩,而且提高护生的学习兴趣及团队合作能力,重要的是还能显著提高其综合急救能力.

목적 탐토《급위중증호이학》이론、조작、실천삼유무봉극교학모식적구건급재《급위중증호이학》교학중적응용이급대종합급구능력교학효과적관찰.방법 선취2소원교2008급본과4개반호생196명,설실험조여대조조,실험조위2소원교각1개반공2개반96명호생,응용《급위중증호이학》급구이론、조작기능여림상실천삼유무봉극교학모식교학;대조조위2소원교령1개반공2개반100명호생,응용상규교학모식교학.결과 량조《급위중증호이학》이론고핵、종합응급능력고핵급단대합작비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);량조호생대《급위중증호이학》이론、조작、실천삼유무봉극교학모식평개재제고학습흥취(2항)、단대합작(1항)방면화급시응용급구호리지식、능구응용구호정서대병인실시구호2항비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01).결론 《급위중증호이학》교학중응용“이론、조작、실천”삼유무봉극교학모식불부가제고고핵성적,이차제고호생적학습흥취급단대합작능력,중요적시환능현저제고기종합급구능력.
Objective To discuss the establishment of acute and critical care nursing theory,operation and practice three-dimensional seamless teaching model and its application effects,and to observe the teaching efficiency of comprehensive emergency ability.Methods We chose 196 nursing students from 4 classes of 2 academies,and separated them into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was 96 nursing students from each class of two academies,totally 2 classes,which were taught by acute and critical care nursing first aid theory,operating skills and clinical practice three-dimensional seamless teaching model.The control group had 100 nursing students from the other two classes of two academies taught by common teaching model.Results Comparing the two groups' acute and critical care nursing examination performances and comprehensive emergency abilities,it showed statistical significant differences (P < 0.01).We compared the two groups nursing students' evaluation of acute and critical care nursing theory,operation and practice threedimensional seamless teaching model in terms of improvement of study interests (2 items) and teamwork spirit (1 item),making use of emergency care knowledge in time,and using rescue procedures to rescue people (2 items),showing significant differences (P < 0.01).Conclusion The use of theory,operation and practice three-dimensional seamless teaching model to teach the acute and critical care nursing,not only can improve the examination performances in school,but also can improve nursing students' study interests and teamwork ability,and more importantly to improve their comprehensive emergency ability significantly.
