目的 利用同步辐射吸收成像技术(SRμCT)观察大鼠脊髓急性损伤后微血管的三维形态学改变.方法 将8只SD大鼠随机均分为损伤组和对照组,损伤组以改良Allen's打击法建立急性脊髓损伤模型.次日,所有大鼠行升主动脉血管造影术后低温保存脊髓标本.脊髓标本于上海光源利用SRμCT进行图像扫描.结果 SRμCT清晰直观地呈现了脊髓完整的血供网络结构.与对照组对比,损伤组脊髓微血管有明显的缺失、断裂和扭曲,血管数目和直径均有显著下降.损伤组平均血管数目为(77.25±16.80)个,对照组为(168.30±12.79)个;损伤组平均血管直径为(16.270±1.201)μm,对照组为(20.210±1.094) μm.各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 SRμCT可对小动物脊髓微血管三维结构进行高分辨率成像.脊髓内微循环网络结构在急性脊髓损伤后显著破坏,严重影响脊髓局部的供血循环.

목적 이용동보복사흡수성상기술(SRμCT)관찰대서척수급성손상후미혈관적삼유형태학개변.방법 장8지SD대서수궤균분위손상조화대조조,손상조이개량Allen's타격법건립급성척수손상모형.차일,소유대서행승주동맥혈관조영술후저온보존척수표본.척수표본우상해광원이용SRμCT진행도상소묘.결과 SRμCT청석직관지정현료척수완정적혈공망락결구.여대조조대비,손상조척수미혈관유명현적결실、단렬화뉴곡,혈관수목화직경균유현저하강.손상조평균혈관수목위(77.25±16.80)개,대조조위(168.30±12.79)개;손상조평균혈관직경위(16.270±1.201)μm,대조조위(20.210±1.094) μm.각지표차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 SRμCT가대소동물척수미혈관삼유결구진행고분변솔성상.척수내미순배망락결구재급성척수손상후현저파배,엄중영향척수국부적공혈순배.
Objective Using the synchrotron radiation-based micro-computed tomography (SRμCT) to observe the changes of three-dimensional micro-vascular morphology structure after acute spinal cord injury in rat.Methods Eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group and injury group (n =4).Injury group were deal with improved Allen' s weight dropping to establish the acute spinal cord injury model.All rats were deal with ascending aorta angiography in the next day.Freezing the specimens for 24 hours and then scanned them in Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.Processed and reconstructed the Data to three-dimensional images.Results The SRμCT can show the micro-vascular structure of spinal cord in rat completely and clearly.Combining with control group,we can see the lack and fracture of the micro-vessels of spinal cord in injury group significantly.The number and diameter of the micro-vessels were decreased obviously.The average number of vascular in injury group was 77.25 ± 16.80,and the control group was 168.30 ± 12.79 ; The average diameter of vascular in injury group was (16.270 ± 1.201) μm,but the control group was (20.210 ± 1.094) μm.Significant differences were existed between control group and injury group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The SRμCT can get the three-dimensional and high resolution imaging of micro-vessels in small animal' s spinal cord.The micro-circulation network structure of spinal cord was prominently destroyed after acute spinal cord injury.The blood circulation of spinal cord in injury areas and its vicinity was serious damaged.
