目的 建立实验用西藏小型猪冠状动脉(简称冠脉)支架植入及复查模型.方法 50枚冠脉支架植入到25头西藏小型猪冠脉内,并进行定量血管内造影及血管内超声检查,术后1、6个月复查,复查结束后进行支架血管段标本取材.结果 25头小型猪,在支架释放前室颤死亡1头,共植入48枚支架,植入成功率达96%.诱导麻醉起效时间迅速,平均为(4.5 ±1.5) min;术中氯胺酮、丙泊酚复合静脉麻醉,麻醉效果好,不良反应少.复查时可再次分离已结扎的股动脉进行血管介入检查,成功率为100%.结论 应用西藏小型猪作为心血管介入器械评价的动物模型具有良好的可实施性和可复制性.

목적 건립실험용서장소형저관상동맥(간칭관맥)지가식입급복사모형.방법 50매관맥지가식입도25두서장소형저관맥내,병진행정량혈관내조영급혈관내초성검사,술후1、6개월복사,복사결속후진행지가혈관단표본취재.결과 25두소형저,재지가석방전실전사망1두,공식입48매지가,식입성공솔체96%.유도마취기효시간신속,평균위(4.5 ±1.5) min;술중록알동、병박분복합정맥마취,마취효과호,불량반응소.복사시가재차분리이결찰적고동맥진행혈관개입검사,성공솔위100%.결론 응용서장소형저작위심혈관개입기계평개적동물모형구유량호적가실시성화가복제성.
Objective To establish Tibet mini-pig' s coronary stent implantation and reexamination model for interventional device valuation.Methods By using femoral artery puncture method,50 stents were planted into coronary arteries of 25 Tibet mini-pigs.Once the stent was deployed,quantitative coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound examination were performed immediately and repeated on the end of the 1 st month and 6th month after stent implantation.Part of these pigs were sacrificed to obtain the arteries with stents for histologic analysis.Results Due to ventricular fibrillation,a pig died before stent implantation.The implantations of the rest mini-pigs were successful,with success rate of implantation up to 96%.The adoption of ketamine,midazolam and scopolamine for induced anesthesia had faster action and positive effect,about (4.5 ± 1.5) min; and the adoption of combined intravenous anesthesia of ketamine and propofol during operation had positive anesthetic effect with less adverse reactions.The ligated femoral artery could be separated again during reexamination so as to conduct angiography and ultrasonic examination.Conclusion The use of Tibet mini-pig as an animal model for evaluation of percutaneous coronary intervention apparatus is easy to be implemented and replicated.
