目的 对护理工作人员工作满意度及离职意愿基本情况进行调查并分析两者间的相关性.方法 按随机数字表法对我市2012年1月至2013年2月300名临床护士采用离职意愿量表及工作满意度量表行问卷调查.结果 IWS量表各个维度分值均显著低于理论得分总数,差异均有统计学意义(均P< 0.05).其中总得分占期望值的59.64%,收入最低占49%;在离职量表总分中,实际得分总数显著低于理论得分总数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).其中调查最高指标为离职意愿Ⅲ占65%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ指标值均为55%.根据Pearson法进行相关性分析后发现,离职意愿与互相合作、职位地位、自主性、组织决策、工作任务以及收入等方面均呈负相关联系.结论 医院努力提高护理人员物质待遇,提供广阔发展空间,促进护理梯队建设,提高护理人员专业价值,可提高护理工作人员满意度,维护队伍,促进学科建设,降低离职意愿.

Objective To investigate the correlation between clinical nurses' resignation intention and satisfaction degree.Method From January 2012 to February 2013,300 clinical nurses in our city were investigated by the questionnaire of resignation intention and job satisfaction according to random number table.Results The scores of each dimension of IWS scale were significantly lower than those of theory total score,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).The total score of expectation value accounted for 59.64%,the lowest income accounted for 49%.In the total score of resignation scale,actual total score was significantly lower than theory total score,with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).The highest index in survey resignation intention Ⅲ accounted for 65%,Ⅰ,Ⅱ index accounted for 55%.Pearson correlation analysis showed that mutual cooperation,job status,autonomy,organizational decision making,job task and income were negatively correlated to resignation intention.Conclusions Hospital can improve nursing staff' s satisfaction,maintain team,promote discipline construction and reduce resignation intention with the efforts of improving the material benefits of nursing staff,providing a broad space for development,promoting nursing echelon construction,improving the professional values of nursing staff.
