近年来,随着生活方式和环境的改变,糖尿病及其并发症的发病率显著升高,糖尿病角膜病变也逐渐引起临床医生的重视.糖尿病角膜病变主要表现为角膜上皮再生延迟、角膜敏感性下降、神经营养性角膜溃疡等症状,这主要与糖尿病条件下角膜上皮基底膜成分变化、半桥粒连接数量下降、糖基化终末产物沉积、角膜神经末梢损害以及氧化应激等异常有关.本文主要对糖尿病角膜病变临床特征相关的分子和细胞机制方面的进展进行综述,并对糖尿病角膜病变在基础研究中存在的问题进行讨论.

The incidence of diabetes mellitus and its complications,including diabetic keratopathy,was significantly elevated with the improved living standards in China recently.Diabetic keratopathy mainly exhibited several clinical features,including the delay of corneal epithelial regeneration,the decreasing of corneal sensitivity,neurotrophic corneal ulcers.The features were mainly caused by the changes of corneal epithelial basement membrane compositions,glycation products deposition,corneal nerve ending damage,reduced tear secretion and oxidative stress in the hyperglycemic conditions.This review focuses on the progress of molecular and cellular mechanism related with the clinical features,and discusses the main problems in the basic research of diabetic keratopathy.
