目的探讨疏血通注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效和安全性.方法将102例短暂性脑缺血发作患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各5 1例;治疗组用疏血通注射液6ml加入0.9％氯化钠注射液250 ml中静滴,1次/天,连用7天;对照组用0.9％氯化钠注射液250 ml静滴,1次/天,连用7天;两组均予抗血小板、降血脂等常规治疗.治疗前后检查全血粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞聚集指数.结果治疗组总有效率98.04％,对照组总有效率88.24％,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后全血粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞聚集指数均较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论治疗组比对照组效果好、缓解症状速度快,未发现不良反应.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and safety of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of transient ischemic attack.Methods 102 cases of transient ischemic attack were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,51 cases in each group.Treatment group received intravenous drip of Shuxuetong injection 6 ml in 0.9％ sodium chloride injection 250 ml,1 time/day,for 7 days; while control group received intravenous drip of 0.9％ sodium chloride injection 250 ml,1 time/day,for 7 days; both two groups were treated with anti platelet,blood lipids and other conventional treatment.Observed blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 98.04％ in treatment group,and 88.24％ in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index after treatment in treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment,which were significantly different from those after treatment in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Treatment group got a better and quicker effect without adverse reactions.
