为评价院所青年基金的设立对医院科研发展所起到的作用,采用计量学方法,对阜外心血管病医院2003--2007年院所青年基金的资助情况、受资助人情况、资助专业情况、产出情况进行了分析.结果显示,阜外心血管病医院中青年医护人员申报课题的数量和中标率都有大幅度提高.表明院所青年基金已成为培养中青年人才和促进学科发展的重要途径,并对医院争取国家级项目起到推动作用.

To evaluate the effect of setting up youth fund on the development rule of hospital by survey of Fuwai Hospital 2003-2007 institutes Youth Fund and outputs.The Metrology WaS used for funding youth institutions,funded investigators,funded professionals.These results show that the humber of applications and the rates of Successful bids for young and middle-aged health care workers were substantially improved in Fuwai hospital.Institute Youth Fund has become an important way of the Training middle-aged and young talents and the development of disciplines.Also,it plays a key role in promoting national-level projects in Fuwai hospital.
