目的 制备甲硝唑与β-环糊精包合物,并进行包合物的鉴定.方法 采用超声波法制备包合物,以相溶解度法、结晶显微镜法、紫外-可见吸收光谱法、红外分光光度法对包合物进行鉴定.结果 相溶解度法、结晶显微镜法、紫外-可见吸收光谱法、红外分光光度法可以用于甲硝唑-β-环糊精包合物的鉴定.结论 甲硝唑与β-环糊精初步被证明形成包合物.β-环糊精对药物有较好的增溶作用.

목적 제비갑초서여β-배호정포합물,병진행포합물적감정.방법 채용초성파법제비포합물,이상용해도법、결정현미경법、자외-가견흡수광보법、홍외분광광도법대포합물진행감정.결과 상용해도법、결정현미경법、자외-가견흡수광보법、홍외분광광도법가이용우갑초서-β-배호정포합물적감정.결론 갑초서여β-배호정초보피증명형성포합물.β-배호정대약물유교호적증용작용.
Objective To prepare metronidazole-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (MNZ-β-CD),and use appropriate methods for identification of inclusion of MNZ-β-CD.Methods MNZ-β-CD was prepared by ultrasonic.And phase solubility,crystallization microscopy,UV-visible absorption spectrometry,infrared spectrophotometry were used to identify the inclusion of MNZ-β-CD.Result The result showed that phase solubility,crystallization microscopy,UV-visible absorption spectrometry and infrared spectrophotometry could be used for the identification of inclusion complexes of MNZ-β-CD.Conclusion Metronidazole with β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes was initially proved.The solubility of metronidazole could be increased by preparing the inclusion complex with MNZ-β-CD.
