目的对中心2003-2012年十年获奖成果进行分析,探讨中心科研工作的优势及不足,特别是2012年12月,由中国预防医学科学院职能转变,成立中国疾病预防控制中心以后,科研工作被重新定位,本研究为探索正确处理科研与疾控的关系,进一步做好科研工作提供建议.方法对十年来中心92项获奖成果的数量与等级、学科分布、研究类型、第一完成人年龄结构四个方面进行客观分析.结果国家科技奖励制度重新布局和调整,卫生部科技奖取消,中心成立之初,获奖数量较少,随着中华预防医学会奖的设立,近几年获奖数量有所增多;学科分布渐趋均衡,成果类型以应用研究为主.结论为保持中心科研工作在全国预防医学领域的优势地位,必须紧密结合疾病预防控制工作,坚持以应用研究为主,同时开展一些基础研究及应用基础研究,加强成果转化,为疾控工作做好技术支撑;加强优势学科建设,促进学科均衡发展;引入人才竞争和激励机制,建立一支科研与疾控能力兼备的队伍,同时加强科技人员梯队建设.

Objective Analyze the award-winning achievements by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) between the year 2003 and 2012; discuss the advantages and shortages of scientific research,especially as the orientation of scientific work was reformulated after China CDC transformed from Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine in December 2012.This study aims to explore the appropriate relationship between scientific research and disease control and prevention.Methods For a total of 92 awards acquired by China CDC in this decade,objective analysis was conducted from four aspects,including number and level,disciplines distribution,research type and age structure for the first author.Results As the result of repopulation and adjustment of National science and technology reward system,and the award of science was abolished by the ministry of health,China CDC acquired limited awards at the beginning of build.However,due to the set of Chinese preventive medical association awards,the winning number is increased in recent years.Furthermore,discipline distribution turns to be more balanced and the major type of achievements is application.Conclusions In order to remain the nationwide priority position of scientific research,China CDC must be closely combined with disease prevention and control work,adhere to the applied research is given priority to,and carry out basic research and applied basic research at the same time,to do a good job of CDC technical support.Strengthening the construction of advantage discipline,promoting the balanced development of the discipline,Introducing talents competition and incentive mechanisms,and establish a team with the capacity of research and disease prevention are the priority works for China CDC in the following decades.
