针对北京市肿瘤防治研究所/北京肿瘤医院专职科研人员工作特点和评价需求,通过文献查阅、专家咨询法、层次分析法,初步建立了绩效考核指标模型,提出工作能力、工作行为和工作业绩三方面共19个关键评价指标,并以此为基础探讨了建立评价体系的思路、方法和可能的实施效果.
針對北京市腫瘤防治研究所/北京腫瘤醫院專職科研人員工作特點和評價需求,通過文獻查閱、專傢咨詢法、層次分析法,初步建立瞭績效攷覈指標模型,提齣工作能力、工作行為和工作業績三方麵共19箇關鍵評價指標,併以此為基礎探討瞭建立評價體繫的思路、方法和可能的實施效果.

Through literature review,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,the construction and implementation of evaluation system on researchers' performance is in accordance with characteristics and practical requirements of Peking University Cancer Hospital & Institute,19 key indicators,which fall into 3 categories of work aptitude,work behavior,and work effectiveness,were set up as the basic structure,and upon wich the development and implementation of performance evaluation system is based and possible effects and results were discussed.
