结合医院发展周期及核心刚度理论,对东方肝胆外科医院创建研究型医院的过程进行了战略分析和思考,提出创建研究型医院是突破医院核心刚度,保持和提升医院核心竞争力的重要途径;通过实践,形成了以创新文化为引领,“院所合一”为模式,复合型人才为核心,集成创新为机制,高层医学合作为推进的研究型医院建设的实践模式.
結閤醫院髮展週期及覈心剛度理論,對東方肝膽外科醫院創建研究型醫院的過程進行瞭戰略分析和思攷,提齣創建研究型醫院是突破醫院覈心剛度,保持和提升醫院覈心競爭力的重要途徑;通過實踐,形成瞭以創新文化為引領,“院所閤一”為模式,複閤型人纔為覈心,集成創新為機製,高層醫學閤作為推進的研究型醫院建設的實踐模式.

Based on hospital development cycle and the core rigidities theory,the authors made a strategic analysis on the building of research-oriented hospital of the Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital.They put forward that building a research-oriented hospital is key to exceeding the core rigidities of the hospital and promoting core competence.In their practice,they developed the model featuring innovation culture as the leader,"hospital-institute in one" as the pattern,composite talents as the core,integrated innovation as the mechanism,and high-level medical cooperation as promoter.
