本研究综合运用文献荟萃分析、专家小组讨论和德尔菲法构建公立医院财务治理绩效评价指标体系.经过2轮专家咨询并结合小组讨论意见,最终确定了包含6个一级维度、15个二级维度和48个考核指标在内的公立医院财务治理绩效评价指标体系.

This paper construct an evaluation index system for performance appraisal of public hospitals financial governance,using the meta-analysis,expert panel discussion and Delphi method.With two rounds of expert consultation and panel discussion,such an evaluation index system was completed,comprising 6 primary dimensions,15 secondary dimensions and 48 evaluation indexes.
