目的总结上尿路急性梗阻无尿合并严重感染的临床治疗经验.方法回顾分析26例上尿路急性梗阻无尿合并严重感染治疗的临床资料.结果 25例患者经综合治后,病情逐渐稳定,全身情况改善.尿量恢复,血清肌酐和尿素氮进行性下降,血白细胞和中性细胞分类恢复正常,住院12～23d出院.1例出现多器官功能衰竭,死亡.结论有效控制感染、改善身体状况和及时解除梗阻是有效治疗上尿路急性梗阻无尿合并严重感染疾病的有效措施.

Objective To study the clinical treatment for acute upper urinary tract obstruction wihout urine complicated with serious infection.Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with acute upper urinary tract obstruction wihout urine complicated with serious infection were retrospectively analyzed.Results After the comprehensive treatment,25 patients' conditions got stable and improved,their urine was recovered,their serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were decreased,their white blood cells and neutrophil returned to normal,and they discharged after 12 ～ 23 d hopitalization.1 case had multiple organ failure and died.Conclusions Effectively controlling infection,improving the condition,and removing the obstruction in time are effective methods to treat acute upper urinary tract obstruction wihout urine complicated with serious infection.
