Wnt信号通路是调节细胞增殖、分化及移型的经典通路之一.Wnt蛋白可与多种不同Wnt蛋白受体结合,激活细胞内不同的信号通路,研究证实Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与胰腺癌的发生发展密切相关.对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在细胞周期、细胞凋亡、肿瘤干细胞及血管生成方面对胰腺癌发生发展的影响进行综述.

Wnt signaling pathway is one of canonical pathways that can regulate diverse processes such as cell proliferation,differentiation,migration.Interaction between Wnt ligands and Wnt receptors results in an activation ofdifferent intracellular signaling pathways,and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway has been proved to have a close relationship with pancreatic cancer.This review presents a brief overview of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in the mechanism of the tumorigenesis of the pancreatic cancer at deregulation of cell cycle,apoptosis,cancer stem cells and angiogenesis.
